In order to purchase this product you must have a verifiable, previously purchased license to one or both of our legacy products: "Briefs Encountered" Version 4 or "Medically Briefed" Version 4. If, after purchase, it is discovered that you do not have a previously purchased license to use one of those legacy products, your access to "Briefs Encountered Pro" will be terminated immediately. Please be certain to select which product you previously owned at the bottom of this page, along with your previous version's serial number, so that your correct upgrade price can be determined. Once your purchase is complete you will have full access to the "Briefs Encountered Pro" library of briefs, including the ability to use our "My Briefs" personal database add-on.
 

"Briefs Encountered Pro" Product Description

A searchable computer database of over 138,000 conflict-free briefs, phrases, irregular verbs, numbers, commonly used words and medical terminology. It is based on the books "Brief Encounters" (a dictionary of general vocabulary), "CATegorically Speaking" and "Medical Briefs" and is an upgraded and enhanced version of our legacy CD-ROM based products.

• “Medically Briefed” database of over 65,000 conflict-free medical words and phrases.
• Provision for future periodic updates to both databases.
• Add/edit your own briefs via the "My Briefs" feature and include (or exclude) these in the search criteria.

Upgrade Pricing to Briefs Encountered Pro Explained

If you previously purchased Version 4 of only one of our legacy programs (either the "Briefs Encountered" or "Medically Briefed" CD-ROM) your cost to upgrade is $80. This is because you previously had access to only one of those databases of entries, and after the upgrade you will have access to both.

If you previously purchased Version 4 of both of our legacy programs your cost to upgrade is $40. This is because you previously had access to both of our databases of entries and are updating to the new online version of what you already paid for–hence the discounted rate.

If you own earlier versions of our legacy software, these do not qualify for upgrading.
